Favorite Nails of the Season!

Autumn Nail Stamping

These fall nails may be my favorite fall nails I have ever done.  They aren’t super flashy or complicated, but I really enjoyed wearing them!  Be ready for lots of pics.  (Also, I am trying to get used to the new WordPress layout, so there’s that.)

Bundle Monster

I used a Bundle Monster plate with a Konad stamper and scraper.

Cancer Moon

But, before we get into all of that, let me tell you that I painted all of my nails with Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Cancer Moon as a base.  This is a neutral with a golden shine that seemed perfect for this look!

Nail Polish for Stamping

For the stamping, I used these polishes.  From left to right they are: OPI I Sing in Color, Sally Hansen Lustre Shine, Zoya Channing, Julep Valerie, Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Jungle Gem, Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Branch Out, Sally Hansen Patent Gloss Moto, Sally Hansen Insta Dri Vanished, and China Glaze Don’t Make Me Wine.  All of these worked together beautifully to make the multicolored leaved.  I am posting a few extra pics so you can try to get a fee for the polishes.  A lot of them are duo/multichromes, have shines, etc.

Okay, for the stamping.  In the following pics, I was experimenting with a yellow that didn’t make the cut, but you can ignore that.  🙂

Multicolored Nail Stamping

First, I blob a bit of each color on the plate.

Konad Stamping

Then, I scrape.  The colors do not blur together the way you would think they would.

Here is a stamp on paper to preview the colors.

After I stamped all of my nails I put on a quick topcoat.  (You can see a few smudges from where I should have waited a moment longer.)

Now for the tons of pics!

Thanks for reading!  I hope you enjoy these as much as I did!

Beautifully Blue

Julep Luna

After I got done painting my nails with this polish, I was reminded of Elsa from Frozen.  This seems like more of a winter than a summer mani, but who cares?  Pretty is pretty, no matter what season it is.

Julep Nail Art

All I needed for this look were these two things.  I used blue gems out of one of my rhinestone wheels and Julep Luna.

I tried to zoom in a little on the polish so you can see how flipping magnificent it is!  It is light blue, with large (I call them ice chip) glitters in them.  The polish has an iridescent shine that is also fabulous.  And surprisingly, for such a light colored polish, two coats really did the trick.

Easy Nail Art

This look was super simple, and I really liked it.  I loved all of the different colors that the polish would shine and the single accent gem added just enough to have flare, but not over the top.
