So, you are about to see a ton of pictures because I really liked how this turned out. I knew I wanted something springy, and before I knew it, this came to life. I have pictures in different light to try to show how neat the polish looks, especially the orange nails.
These are the polishes that I used for this mani.
The oranges are Sally Hansen Satin Glam Sun Sheen and Zoya Alma. I put down one coat of the satin and then went over it with a thick coat of the Zoya. I could have used the Zoya on its own, but that would have taken quite a few coats since it is so sheer. The satin underneath sped the process up and actually looked pretty good.
The greens were Sally Hansen Triple Shine Scale Up and Butter London Wellies. I used the Butter for the accent nail, and because the other nails were so sparkly, I put a touch of the Triple Shine over it to give it some spice.
These are the backs of the water decals that I used for the birds. (a little blurry) I liked how these were printed on the back so it wasn’t a guessing game when I tried to place them. I think they are a perfect spring decal, and went with the green polish nicely.
Now….for an overload of pictures!
WHOA! Anyway…..
Is nail art supposed to face others or you? I always make it face me, since I like to look at it. Does it really matter? 🙂
Thanks for reading!
